Sometimes, there are some things in life I am sure about. Usually, though, I second guess most, if not all decisions I have made in my adult life so far.
Life is confusing as hell right now and my internal compass is pointing me elsewhere about 50 times per day.
I was happy at some point in the past couple of months, and it was when I had the feeling I was going somewhere that wasn’t the here and now. It was crazy and exciting and adventurous and it was going to change my life in an incredible way, whatever the outcome. Except nothing happened, and now I’m not too sure about that direction anymore, and sometimes I wish I could make a living just cuddling cats.
And then I don’t. Because I want to grow and learn. I want to excel at whatever I’m doing. It’s like I have an insatiable hunger for knowledge. About everything. And I look around the world and I throw myself on top of everything I can find, but it feels like swimming against the current, because there is just too much stuff.
I need direction, I need a purpose. I need a goal.
